CM Racing Development is the nonprofit arm of Los Angeles Critical Mass, dedicated to expanding access to amateur racing and nurturing the next generation of competitive cyclists. Rooted in the same community spirit that powers our monthly rides, this initiative provides young adults—especially those from underrepresented backgrounds—with the tools, mentorship, and opportunities to grow as racers.
Through training programs, equipment support, race entry assistance, and local event coordination, CM Racing Development creates a clear pathway from street cycling to sanctioned competition. It’s not just about racing—it’s about building confidence, community, and long-term impact.
As part of the L.A. Critical Mass nonprofit umbrella, CM Racing Development carries forward our mission of inclusivity, empowerment, and transformation—on and off the bike.
